Refund Policy - B. Sc. Nautical Science

In case a student, after completing the admission process and paying the fees, decides to withdraw from the Institute, a part of the fees will be forfeited. The amount forfeited depends on the date of withdrawal communicated in writing by the student and parent/guardian.

The refund policy for the year 2024-25 is as follows:

Withdrawal from 1^st July 2024 to 7^th July 2024	Rs. 82,500/-	Rs. 65,850/-
Withdrawal from 8^th July 2024 to 14^th July 2024	Rs. 1,37,500/-	Rs. 1,09,750/-
Withdrawal on or after 15^th July 2024	Rs. 2,75,000/-	Rs. 2,19,500/-

In respect of refund policy, the decision of the institute is final and binding.

For Students withdrawing on or after 15^th July 2024, the forfeiture amount will be Rs.2,75,000/- (male), Rs.2,19,500/-(female), plus the actual expenses on uniforms/linen/messing/books/stationery/Laundry.
