Refund Policy - B. Sc. Nautical Science (Effective from the date of IMUCET Results)

In case a student, after completing the admission process and paying the fees, decides to withdraw from the Institute, a part of the fees will be forfeited. The amount forfeited depends on the date of withdrawal communicated in writing by the student and parent/guardian.

The refund policy for the year 2025-26 is as follows:

Withdrawal from 2^nd July 2025 to 8^th July 2025	Rs. 85,350/-	Rs. 67,500/-
Withdrawal from 9^th July 2025 to 15^th July 2025	Rs. 1,42,250/-	Rs. 1,12,500/-
Withdrawal on or after 16^th July 2025	Rs. 2,84,500/-	Rs. 2,25,500/-

In respect of refund policy, the decision of the institute is final and binding.

For Students withdrawing on or after 16^th July 2025, the forfeiture amount will be Rs. 2,84,500/- (male), Rs.2,25,500/-(female), plus the actual expenses on uniforms/linen/messing/books/stationery/Laundry.
