Refund Policy - B. Sc. Nautical Science
In case a student, after completing the admission process and paying the fees, decides to withdraw from the Institute, a part of the fees will be forfeited. The amount forfeited depends on the date of withdrawal communicated in writing by the student and parent/guardian.
The refund policy for the year 2023-24 was as follows:

| Withdrawal from 17th July 2023 to 23rd July 2023 | Rs. 75,450/- | Rs. 60,150/- |
| Withdrawal from 24th July 2023 to 31st July 2023 | Rs. 1,25,750/- | Rs. 1,00,250/- |
| Withdrawal on or after 1st August 2023 | Rs. 2,51,500/- | Rs. 2,00,500/- |
In respect of refund policy, the decision of the institute is final and binding.
For Students withdrawing on or after 1 st August 2023, the forfeiture amount will be Rs.2,51,500/- (Male), Rs.2,00,500/-(Female), plus the actual expenses on uniforms/linen/messing/books/stationery/Laundry.
