Tolani Maritime Institute Hosts End of Program Felicitation Ceremony
Tolani Maritime Institute (TMI) hosted an End of Program Felicitation for the passing out cadets of its 2020 batch of Marine Engineering, the 2021 batch of Nautical Science, and the 2023 batch of Diploma in Nautical Science. The event was graced by the esteemed chief guest, Dr. Sanjay Bhavnani, Director & COO, MMS Maritime India.
The proceedings commenced with Dr. Sanjeet Kanungo, the Principal, extending a warm welcome to the attendees and all dignitaries, including Capt. A.C. Dixit, Capt. S.S. Gokhale, Capt. R.K. Razdan, Capt. Subhash Deshpande, Mr. Sanjeev Ogale, Dr. Anil Keskar, and Mr. C.P. Paul. Their presence set the tone for a day filled with both nostalgia and anticipation.
Following the warm welcome, the Vice Principals of the Nautical Science and Marine Engineering programs presented comprehensive course reports, offering insights into the academic journey of the departing cadets. These reports not only highlighted the rigorous training and education imparted at TMI but also underscored the dedication and commitment exhibited by the graduating cadets throughout their tenure.
In recognition of exceptional accomplishments, special prizes were awarded to the cadets. The chief guest highlighted the esteemed reputation and remarkable contributions of TMI over the past 25 years, which have kept the institute at the forefront of maritime education.
