The much-awaited annual inter-house football tournament was finally conducted at TMI. All four houses put forward their best players in two teams, A and B. After several exciting matches, the teams that won the league matches in both groups competed in two top-notch finals for the title of the winner.
The winner of the overall tournament was Cassim house while Mudaliar house took home the title of runners-up, the third and fourth positions having been bagged by Morarjee and Master house respectively.
The title that is sought after by all the participants, of the best player, was awarded to Cdt. Paul Benny, Cassim House, Team A, and Cdt. Nakul Singh, Cassim House, and Team B for their exceptional skills. Cdt. Kunal Adhikari was also the stand-out performer from Team B. The chief guest for the final event was Cdr. Sukanta Dasgupta, VPSA, TMI. All in all, the much-anticipated tournament proved every bit worth the excitement.
